A dessert that I think is excellent

I really love Marcona almonds. But it’s very rare to find them served as an appetizer. While searching for some, I came across Koro. And it was worth it—not only do I love them, but my guests really appreciate them, too!

I was curious to try this spread (raspberry?!) and I wasn’t disappointed at all. It’s super high in protein (25 g per 100 g) and really satisfying. The combination with cashews is super original, intense, and indulgent. The little crunchy bits add just the right amount of texture. Sure, they make it a little harder to spread the spread, but that gives you a good excuse to dig right into the jar with a spoon…

I use it in a shaker or a bowl of sheep's milk yogurt, and it gives it a really nice fruity flavor. I alternate it with fresh wild blueberries, which are obviously more expensive, and this high-quality powder lets you enjoy the benefits of whole fruits.
