It's great for mixing into other foods, but I wouldn't eat it on its own because the flavor is a bit strong. Still, overall, it's a great addition if you have higher protein needs. -

Excellent organic sushi rice that offers exceptional value for money—I’ve been buying it with confidence for years.
As someone who has been working extensively with Japanese cuisine for years, I am very pleased with this organic sushi rice. I’ve been buying this rice since my time in Hilversum and have now reordered it after moving to Amsterdam. For organic rice, I find the value for money truly excellent—even more affordable than in Japan. The texture, stickiness, and flavor are also very well balanced. Personally, I find this rice better than that of TerraSana and Priméal. I also greatly appreciate that the price has remained fairly stable for years. As a consumer, I sincerely hope this product remains available at this price.
Unfortunately, the box arrived damaged with this delivery. This likely happened during shipping, though there may also have been too much empty space around the product inside the box. Fortunately, the bag itself wasn’t torn and the rice inside was perfectly fine. Perhaps the space in the packaging could be filled a bit better in the future, or a better-fitting box could be used. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this product and will definitely continue to buy it.
