    I take a small portion with me to work every day. It keeps me full and is a better choice than snacking on chocolate. The edamame are lightly seasoned, very crunchy, and taste great.

    I was skeptical because I’m not very good at cooking, but I have to say they’re really quick and easy to prepare. I soaked them in hot broth for 15 minutes, then browned them in a pan and cooked them like chicken curry with coconut milk. They turned out very tender and flavorful!!

    A well-balanced mix of different nuts; it would actually deserve 5 stars, but I noticed a musty taste twice in the last package, so I'm giving it 4 stars and hoping this was just an exception

    The taste is great and exactly as it should be—beetroot with a hint of spice and horseradish. Fantastic!
    Plus, it’s a fair price compared to the small jars you find in stores, which usually contain only half as much of this kind of spread.
