A very tasty snack that works well on its own, but usually you mix corn into something else, like nuts.
That’s hard to do here, though, because the corn kernels are the size of a thumbnail!
But it’s very popular; the quality is typically excellent, and so is the taste.

A fine grain for a beautiful texture—just perfect
The grain is very fine, making it a pleasure to cook with.
I use it in many cake recipes to achieve a lighter texture, as well as in sweet and savory crumbles.
