Excellent crunch, a very pronounced low-fat cocoa flavor—bitter and bold but not sour—so they’re fine. The risk is eating too many, and since they’re high in protein, they can be hard to digest, so I recommend weighing them the first time. I add a couple of tablespoons to my oatmeal for breakfast, and it works well for me.
