    Great taste with good ingredients.

    The taste is great. I don't find it grassy at all, more fruity. With 300 ml of water, however, even this variant is still too sweet for me, so I usually mix myself 500 ml. I can't say anything about the effect after a few days, but I'm glad to have finally found a "protein powder" that I like.

    It's not at all like Ceylon cinnamon.

    This is not at all like Ceylon cinnamon. It has neither the color, smell nor taste of Ceylon cinnamon. It is disgusting. Worse than cassia. I will never buy it here again.
