📦 Shipping information

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a shipping fee of 3.90 euros. Shipping is free for orders over 69 euros.

We ship your orders within Germany with DHL. Once we hand over the package to DHL, you will receive a tracking code to track the status of your shipment at any time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Since July 2021, we also offer an express shipping option via UPS within Germany. If you place your order before 10 a.m., you will receive your package the next business day.

The express option can be selected as a separate shipping method during the checkout process. Express shipping costs 6.90 euros.

Shipping to Parcel Stations and Post Offices in Germany
You have the option to have your order delivered directly to a DHL parcel station or post office. The advantage: your delicious products won’t be left on your doorstep if you’re not at home. You don’t need to receive the package in person and can pick it up at any time from your chosen parcel station or post office. DHL will inform you via email or SMS when your delivery is ready for pickup. No additional costs will apply.
