Our shipping times are 5-6 days and we do not ship to Northern Ireland. We cover all import taxes and duty fees.

We deliver our products to Great Britain with Evri. Get deliveries exactly where you want them with what3words and Evri. After we hand over the package to Evri, you will receive a tracking code, with which you can track the status of your package at all times.

We currently do not return parcels to Germany, so if necessary, please cancel your order within 1 hour of receiving your order confirmation. You can contact our customer service team for a refund or a replacement order by email: Service@koro-shop.co.uk.
