Unsere gefriergetrockneten Fruchtscheiben sind, vor allem pur genascht, ein Traum und verschönern mit ihrer bunten Optik außerdem Smoothie-Bowls, Porridge und Joghurt. Das Praktische ist, dass Du die Feigen nicht mehr schneiden musst, sondern bereits mundgerechte Stückchen in der 350 g-Packung vorfindest.
Am besten lagerst Du die Feigenscheiben bei Raumtemperatur und an einem vor Licht geschützten Ort. So sind sie ab dem Produktionsdatum mindestens 12 Monate haltbar.
Auch in der Schwangerschaft solltest Du nicht auf den Feigen-Snack (in normalen Mengen) verzichten müssen. Ob und wie viel Du von diesem Produkt in der Schwangerschaft verzehren kannst, solltest Du trotzdem am besten mit Deiner Frauenärztin oder Deinem Frauenarzt besprechen.
