Wie werden die gefriergetrockneten Pfirsichscheiben hergestellt?

Gefriertrocknung ist bereit eine uralte Erfindung, bei der durch Wasserentzug Lebensmittel länger haltbar gemacht werden. Das Obst wird geschnitten und dann erstmal in Gefriertrocknungsmaschinen eingefroren. Eine solche Maschine besteht aus zwei Kammern, die miteinander verbunden sind.
