It's finally time you went vegan. But of course, there are so many recipes which have egg in it! But who says you can’t make them? In such a case, you need an amazing substitute. We are here to support your journey and offer you more vegan substitutes which will make your life (and transition) easier and tastier. Our organic soy flour can be substituted for an egg in a recipe and help you get the right texture and consistency, like you get with no other substitute. Making your bakery products even tastier and healthier, we are happy to announce our organic soy flour. High in protein, our soy flour has a high protein content of 41 g per 100 g product. Roasted for you: Full-fat soy flour in organic quality

How do we make flour from our organic soybeans? Very simple: First, the soybeans are cleaned and peeled. Then they are crushed and roasted before we grind them in the final step. The result is full-fat soy flour. This means that we do not remove any additional fat from the soy flour, but keep it just the way it is. Roasted soy flour tastes nutty and malty and has a characteristic flavor of its own. Since not everyone will like the taste of soy in cakes, we recommend replacing only 20-30% of the flour in the recipe with soy flour. In any case, while using soy flour, you may have to use a little more liquid.

Roasted soy flour as an egg substitute

Instead of watching the chia seeds or flaxseeds swell, you can directly use our organic soy flour as a quick egg substitute. To do this, mix a heapfull tablespoon of soy flour with two tablespoons of water until smooth and then add the mixture to the rest of the dough. It's almost as quick as mixing with the vegan egg substitute from our shop!

More types of flour at KoRo to make your cake tastier

Of course, not every flour can be as amazing as our organic soy flour. But they have completely different characteristics and uses: If you were to make your dough using only the roasted soy flour, it probably wouldn't taste as good. Hence, our wheat flour or almond flour are probably a well suited option for an amazing cake. If you want to be experimental, why not try our exciting varieties like sweet potato flourchickpea flour or teff flour. The ball is in your court and your opponent is waiting for you to serve something tasty!

Toasted soya flour has a slightly nutty note. To prevent the inherent flavour of the flour from becoming too prominent in your bakes, we recommend replacing only about one-third of the flour in the recipe with soya flour.
The best known is soya flour as a vegan egg substitute. For this, you replace an egg with a mix of one heaped tablespoon of soya flour and two tablespoons of water. Like any flour, you can use our organic soya flour for baking. You can replace up to one third of the flour in your recipes with soya flour without changing the consistency or taste of your baked goods. By the way, thickening sauces with soya flour also works great!
A healthy lifestyle includes a balanced and varied diet. We therefore do not think it makes sense to classify individual foods per se as "healthy" or "unhealthy". As always: 'balance is key'! The organic soya flour scores with us with its high protein content and the lower proportion of carbohydrates compared to wheat flour. You can use it for baking, as a sauce binder or as a vegan egg substitute.
Our organic soya flour contains only ingredients that naturally do not contain gluten. Nevertheless, depending on the growing region, unknowing contamination with gluten-containing grains may occur during harvesting or processing. We therefore play it safe and do not declare our soya flour as gluten-free.
Soya flour is - as the name suggests - flour made from soya beans. It has a high protein content of 40% and at the same time 90% less carbohydrates compared to wheat flour. In addition to baking, can be used as a vegan egg substitute and as a binder for sauces. To make soya flour, the soya beans are first cleaned and then hulled. They are then crushed and roasted before being ground.
Our organic soya flour has 7 g of carbohydrates per 100 g of product. For comparison: conventional wheat flour has about 70 g of carbohydrates for the same amount. You can read all the nutritional values in the table next to or below the product description.

Super quality

The organic soy flour already smells so good when you open the bag. From it I have made savory crêpes. One variety with spring onion and eggs and another variety with ham and cheese. Both turned out well and are very tasty. The amount of soy flour to wheat flour for the crêpes batter should be 1 to 2.

Highly recommended

It's very nice, high in protein and you can hardly taste it in pancakes, for example. Highly recommended.

To recommend

Since I am not a friend of protein powder, I want to spice up my kitchen with this. The powder smells very good and also tastes good, I found with other products not unbdingt. Good price / performance ratio.

Delicious proteins

I was looking for vegetable protein sources and came across this product. The taste is mild and combines well for example with nuts and fruits in a kind of porridge.
