Alice Tarditi
Brand Manager Italy
From Instagram stories to customer service, from TikTok trends to negotiating contracts with our influencers, from writing the Italian newsletter to packing pallets after an event: think of whatever job at KoRo and Alice has probably done it, including writing blog articles. With a degree in Japanese and Arabic and another one in Sustainability of the Food Chains, today Alice is our Italian brand manager. Her hobbies include solo travelling across South America and Asia (discovering places her mom wouldn’t want to know about!), while every day after work she’s undoubtedly at CrossFit. Vegan for 5-6 years, she works for (one of the best, if not the best) food brands and yet she hates cooking: since she owns an airfryer she exclusively eats thanks to it.

Deep dive: KoRo's supply chain
It is very important to us here at KoRo to shorten supply chains where possible and to be transparent about them, in order to enable consumers to make informed decisions. But what exactly we mean by short supply chains sometimes raises questions. This is why we want to explain how we approach the topic of supply chains, what we have already implemented, and where there is still room for improvement. As a comparatively young company on the market, we are still far from perfect and are on a journey towards more direct trade routes and more transparent supply chains. In this article, we would like to give you an insight into the challenges we face on this journey, why transparency in supply chains is important, and how we are approaching this topic.
