Preparation time:

15 minutes

Fruity açai powder, sweet mango, creamy peanut butter, vegan yogurt and crunchy granola: this açai bowl brings together everything you need for a really good breakfast. All that’s left to do is layer it up and enjoy!

Ingredients for
1.5 Whole
Bananas, frozen
100 g
Raspberries, frozen
85 g
Blueberries, frozen
50 g
Yogurt, vegan
1 handful
Strawberries

Step 1/5

Peel the bananas and freeze them the day before you plan to make the bowl.

Step 2/5

Place the frozen fruit in a blender along with the açaí powder, spirulina powder, seeds and mango purée. Start by adding the firmer ingredients, such as the frozen bananas and berries, and finish with the softer ingredients to make blending easier.

Step 3/5

Blend everything on a high setting for 2 to 3 minutes until creamy. Scrape down the sides with a spoon every now and then and give it a quick stir. For a thinner consistency, you can optionally add 2 to 3 tbsp of plant-drink or coconut water.

Step 4/5

Layer the finished açai base alternately with the vegan yoghurt and the granola in a tall glass.

Step 5/5

Finally, garnish the bowl as desired with fresh strawberries, toasted coconut flakes, peanut butter and more hemp seeds, and enjoy straight away.

Working Student Social Media Marketing

Taking a quick food pic at the café, while moving the plates around to find the best natural lighting and perspective? For a person who lives for aesthetic food styling, that is simply undebatable! If she could, our content creator Artemis would turn nearly every cute visit to any vegan café into a huge food photography shoot, but of course she also doesn’t want to keep her friends and colleagues from digging into their cakes and coffees for too long. That’s why she reserves the more time consuming shoots for her home kitchen or the studio, where she creates super delicious and aesthetic recipe content for mainly the international Koro social channels.

Food and art also take up a huge part of Artemis’ personal life and she loves to share everything she creates and everything that excites her on her own Instagram and YouTube channel. Doesn’t matter if it’s illustrating, crocheting, cooking, baking or making and painting ceramics, name any creative project and Artemis is on board. And if then you have a soothing lofi-playlist running in the background and funny memes are exchanged in between as well, the absolute dream scenario for her has been achieved.
