Three countries, three cities, endless snack possibilities
We’ve got big plans to make the world a bit crunchier. You probably already know that our café in Berlin-Mitte is the perfect spot for your KoRo treat. But we’re taking it up a notch (or a spoonful of nut butter): we’re now up and running in three cities across three different countries! Just as we did in Berlin, we’ve now fired up the coffee machines in Milan and Paris too. What exactly is happening in these new snack hotspots, and why did Maya from @fitgreenmind suddenly find herself holding our Berlin keys? Find out now!
Berlin: from reel to real life
In March 2026, things were really buzzing at the KoRo Café in Berlin-Mitte. The reason? We officially handed over our keys to Maya! For us, the content creator is practically already part of the KoRo family – we’ve been shaking up the plant-based food world together since 2022. But this time we went one step further and made Maya’s dream of running her own café come true. We handed over our Berlin location to her for a whole weekend.
Instead of just scrolling through the feed of @fitgreenmind, you could meet Maya in person behind the counter and watch her bring the recipes from her Reels to life – including coffees she conjured up herself for the community. We gave the café its very own Fitgreenmind branding for the occasion. On her exclusive menu, she showed just how simple and varied plant-based cuisine can be.
Maya’s personal favourites were served:
Fitgreen sandwich: For those who love a bit of spice – with tangy chili tofu, crunchy sprouts and a creamy touch of peanut butter.
Carrot LOXury sandwich: The plant-based take on the salmon classic combines marinated carrot strips, aromatic tofu rosso and pesto verde.
Fitgreen porridge: A warming spelt-based breakfast with a fruity, nutty flavour thanks to apples, cinnamon and a generous helping of peanut butter.
Mango sticky porridge: Tropical vibes from a porridge base with coconut yoghurt, fresh mango and grated coconut.
Horchata: Our star drink, made from tiger nuts with a subtle hint of cinnamon.
But for us, it was about more than just delicious food: we wanted to create a place where likes turn into real conversations. And judging by the empty plates and happy faces, it’s worked a treat! Maya’s welcome to come back and work a shift anytime.
Paris: KoRo takes over the 17ème Arrondissement
Welcome to the city of lov...ing snacks! Get ready for an update that’ll make your foodie heart skip a beat: since 22 March 2026, the 17th arrondissement has gained a new attraction. At 65 Rue de Lévis, we’ve created KoRo Café Paris – a place even Emily couldn’t resist for a selfie. We’re absolutely thrilled to finally make KoRo a tangible (and, above all, tastable!) experience in France.
At our Parisian KoRo Café, you can relax and enjoy a feast whilst topping up your snack supplies. The ever-changing menu features highlights such as our creamy Nut Latte, the signature drink ‘Chokoro’, and freshly baked, vegan and gluten-free pastries. But what makes our Parisian home so special? It’s the perfect blend of design and genuine community experiences:
Responsible design: Why buy new when you can make do with history? Our café embraces circular design – from the counter made from recycled mussel shells to furniture crafted from old art transport crates. Even our coffee machine is a second-hand treasure, and the barista teams wear aprons made from upcycled denim.
Events that get people moving: The café is our vibrant community hub. A real highlight was our Run Club pop-up with @to.fourneau: over 480 participants and 500,000 views later, we know that Paris loves the combination of sport and KoRo snacks. And we’ve got plenty more in store: from relaxed yoga sessions in Parc Monceau to creative drawing workshops and DJ sets at the Breakfast Club, there’s always something going on here.

Milan: Italian coffee culture reimagined
Italy without coffee? Unthinkable. Italy with KoRo? A whole new level. In Milan, we’ve created a place where legendary coffee culture meets our passion for plant-based innovation. Right between the Duomo and San Babila, at Corso di Porta Vittoria 14, we’ve been shaking up the classic barista world since 29 June 2025. Every foodie will find something to their taste on our menu – naturally 100% vegetarian or vegan:
The KoRoccino: Our absolute signature highlight. A creamy cappuccino with a generous spoonful of our 100% nut-based nut butter. Trust us, after this you’ll never want to drink your coffee any other way.
Dolce vita for breakfast: Whether it’s fluffy banana bread, colourful yoghurt bowls or our legendary vegan croissants – naturally filled with the creamiest KoRo fillings you can imagine.
Hearty & coffee classics: Alongside savoury sandwiches, we also offer matcha and classic coffee specialities (with milk or plant-based alternatives).
