Our peanut puree can be kept unopened for up to one year. But even when opened, all our nut muses keep for a very long time. We recommend that you always remove the peanut puree from the jar with a clean spoon. The oil layer that often forms after a certain time is not a problem. On the contrary, it protects the puree and acts as a barrier against atmospheric oxygen. Before diving into the peanut butter battle, it is best to stir the butter briefly.
