Apple pancakes

50 g Applesauce
10 g Coconut flour
100 ml Oat drink
1 Units Apple
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
70 g Oatmeal
  • Step 1/4

    Mix all ingredients except the apple.

  • Step 2/4

    Cut the apple into narrow slices.

  • Step 3/4

    Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake. Place 2 apple slices on each pancake and turn after about 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 4/4

    Finish frying and then serve with applesauce and nut butter as desired.
