The term ‘process’ is definitely one of his favourite words! Kosta is not only the founder of KoRo, he has also built up and automated the company in terms of processes and connected all areas - from purchasing to social media.
How did he manage that? Well, at the start he lacked business experience, capital and structure. He brought openness, drive and plenty of perseverance, something he developed during his law studies. Step by step, a vague idea grew into a company with clear standards for quality and transparency – in other words, the KoRo we all know and love today!
