Using vegan soy chunks

From the package to your plate: to prepare our organic soy chunks, simply let it soak and cook in organic vegetable stock or organic vegetable stock with no salt for around 10 minutes. Pour off the excess liquid and now you have all kinds of options - marinate it, bread it or stuff your favourite vegetables with it and put them in the oven? The pieces of soy are delicious pan fried and served with organic white basmati rice. Serve the soy chunks covered in tomato sauce with aubergine or arrabiata and enjoy!

Unsere Bio Sojaschnetzel haben einen hohen Ballaststoffgehalt und sind proteinreich. Sie sind schnell und einfach zuzubereiten und lassen sich vielseitig weiterverarbeiten. Daher sind sie eine hervorragende vegane Alternative zu Fleisch. Die Größe des Sojagranulats erinnert an Geschnetzeltes, weshalb es sich besonders gut für frische Gemüsepfannen, cremige Currys oder Sahnesoßen eignet.

Bei einer Temperatur zwischen zehn und 25 °C ist das Sojagranulat ungeöffnet ab der Produktion mindestens 18 Monate haltbar.

Gib die gewünschte Menge Geschnetzeltes in ausreichend Gemüsebrühe oder heißes, gewürztes Wasser und lass die Schnetzel einweichen und aufquellen. Als Faustregel kannst Du Dir hierfür 100 g Geschnetzeltes auf 200–300  ml Flüssigkeit merken. Anschließend ist das Sojagranulat verzehrfertig und Du kannst es ganz nach Deinem Geschmack würzen und weiterverarbeiten.

Für unser grob geschnetzeltes Soja werden Sojabohnen aus österreichischem, biologischem Anbau gemahlen und anschließend gepresst. Dabei wird das Sojamehl vom Sojaöl getrennt. Die Masse wird danach mit einem Extruder in die gewünschte Form gebracht. Nach einem Trocknungsvorgang werden die Sojaschnetzel schließlich verpackt.

Das kommt natürlich ganz auf die Person und ihren Hunger an. Wir empfehlen jedoch für 4 Personen 100 g Schnetzel einzurechnen, wenn es eine sättigende Beilage wie z. B. Nudeln oder Reis und Gemüse dazu gibt.

Für unsere Bio Sojaschnetzel können wir eine Kreuzkontamination mit Gluten nicht ausschließen. Personen mit Zöliakie oder einer starken Glutenunverträglichkeit raten wir daher vom Verzehr ab.
