The pasta is excellent in flavor and does not break down while cooking, it increases in volume like a durum wheat pasta, but the only note I would like to make, is that it only takes 3 minutes x to have an al dente pasta and then sautéed with the sauce, instead of 4/5 as the package says, resulting in an almost cooked pasta!
