The result is the perfect gluten-free pasta in the popular Italian fusilli shape. Their neutral taste is just like conventional wheat pasta and is ideal for all kinds of sauces and casseroles.

It’s what inside that counts

The gluten-free fusilli consists of 98% corn, which is grown in Germany, processed into flour and then shaped into the well-known fusilli shape. Although the chickpea content is rather low at 2%, that's the secret to keeping the perfect consistency when cooking. Our gluten-free pasta keeps its shape and after seven minutes it has the perfect al dente bite that every pasta lover dreams of. If you prefer a fuller chickpea flavour, try our organic chickpea fusilli.

Glutenfreie Nudeln: geil.

Lecker aber gibt es nicht auch eine Alternative mit weniger Mais? Die Packung kann auch größer sein?

Zum zweiten Mal bestellt. Super wenn man neutral-schmeckende Teigwaren will (jene mit Linsen sind z.B. nicht so neutral).
Ein Stern abzug, da sie schnell weich werden wenn man nicht auf die Zeit schaut.

Die Nudeln sind echt klasse. Werden auf den Punkt und sind super im Geschmack und fast nicht „Maislastig“ mein Mann mag Mais eigentlich nur selten, wenn überhaupt. Aber c dieser Nudeln lebt selbst er nicht nur die Kinder und ich.
