How can I use the bread mix?

It’s really simple: knead 300 grams of the mix with 265ml of water for about 5 minutes to form a smooth dough, then shape it into a loaf. After that, it’s up to you how much time you have. For the version with proving time, leave the dough to rest in a loaf tin or on a baking tray at 35°C for about 50 minutes, bake it in a preheated oven at 220°C (top and bottom heat) for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 170°C to finish baking the bread. If you’re in a hurry, choose the method without a proving time: place the loaf straight into a non-preheated oven, bake it at 220°C for 10 minutes, then switch the temperature to 170°C for the remainder of the baking time. The total baking time in the oven is between 45 and 55 minutes for both methods.
