 Simply cut yourself a thick slice of your freshly baked wholegrain bread and use our tomato and basil spread as a creamy base. And then? Load it up as you like: Team Tuscany throws a few halved cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and dark olives on top. Alternatively, you could garnish the sandwich with seared tofu and crisp cucumber slices. Or you could briefly toast a few pine nuts in a pan and slice some radishes into thin rounds. Whether open or folded – there’s no quicker way to get your after-work snack on the table!
