Are the gluten-free organic rolled oats healthy?

How are your rolled oats produced?

Our rolled oats come from Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Poland. They are made from seed oats, with the non-edible parts carefully removed. Then the flakes are cut into groats to make our tender thin-rolled oats.
