What can you say about the durability of the mush?

Under optimal storage conditions, the mush can be kept for 10 months directly after production. So that you have something of it for a long time, store it as a vampire would feel comfortable: Dark, dry and protected from sunlight!

Can I also make hazelnut puree myself?

Of course, that's possible! All you need are our hazelnuts and a powerful mixer. Then it's just a matter of mixing, mixing, mixing. This can be a bit tedious and stressful for you. If that's too tiring for you, we'll be happy to help you with our creamiest hazelnut puree!

Is the hazelnut cream without sugar?

Our hazelnut cream comes completely without added sugar. It consists of 100% hazelnuts, but they naturally contain some sugar.

What do I do if oil settles on the mush?

Do not worry, this is completely normal and harmless! Simply stir vigorously and you can enjoy your hazelnut puree again! But remember to always close the lid well. :)

How is the hazelnut cream made?

First, our hazelnuts are gently and evenly roasted before they are finely ground several times. So in the end you get an optimally creamy texture in the bucket.
