We source our walnut puree from Chile.
Please store your walnut puree in a cool, dark and dry place. It may well be that some oil has settled on the walnut puree - just stir the puree and you can enjoy it. Oh and don't forget: Close the lid tightly!
Of course, this is possible - although we have actually already done it for you. For this purpose, we recommend a high-performance blender, into which you can then throw walnuts. In no time, your own walnut puree is created.
We only put 100% walnuts in the jar. Without frills, we do without the addition of sugar, salt and other preservatives and focus on naturalness. The taste is buttery-tender and somewhat tart.
Yes! Our walnut puree is suitable for a vegan diet. Nothing comes into our jar except walnuts.

Great product! I don't find it bitter (maybe it depends on the batch?). You can also just eat it straight from the jar, but then the (pricey) jar empties too quickly ;)
Product flaw: One of the jars wasn’t sealed properly! Silver lining: Only a tiny bit leaked out.
Shipping flaw: My total order weighed about 8 kg, which was too much for the shipping box; it was partially torn open (presumably) due to weak materials. This could be improved.

A pleasant discovery

It’s not easy to find a 100% walnut spread, so I’m glad I tried this one. It’s very good.
The package was well-protected inside, but there was no “fragile” label on the outside and the box wasn’t very sturdy: it arrived half-broken, but luckily the excellent internal padding still protected the glass jars.
I suggest reinforcing the box and indicating that there is glass inside.
