We source our walnut puree from Chile.
Please store your walnut puree in a cool, dark and dry place. It may well be that some oil has settled on the walnut puree - just stir the puree and you can enjoy it. Oh and don't forget: Close the lid tightly!
Of course, this is possible - although we have actually already done it for you. For this purpose, we recommend a high-performance blender, into which you can then throw walnuts. In no time, your own walnut puree is created.
We only put 100% walnuts in the jar. Without frills, we do without the addition of sugar, salt and other preservatives and focus on naturalness. The taste is buttery-tender and somewhat tart.
Yes! Our walnut puree is suitable for a vegan diet. Nothing comes into our jar except walnuts.

Pasta is too runny which makes it run off your bread/cracker quickly. And arrived slightly damaged. Other than that it does taste good. unfortunately not many alternatives where you can buy walnut paste elsewhere. Small tip, mix it with macadamia paste, some honey and cinnamon and it tastes like cookie dough, but without making you nauseous. And is also healthiest nut combination.

The order arrived today. Unfortunately the walnut butter has been damaged/opened and almost the entire contents have spilled out into the pallet.... It has even leaked THROUGH the box... a pity, as the nut butter itself tastes good.... But unfortunately there is almost nothing left in it. I would like to get a refund.

It was worth a try

Before I opened the jar, I was confused by the very liquid consistency. It consisted of a visible blob of nut paste and something liquid that didn't have the consistency of oil (which tends to settle in mush). You had to shake the jar very hard and for a long time. After opening it, I mixed everything well again. It remains very liquid, but at least it looks like a nut butter. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced by the taste. It is quite bitter and has little to do with the taste of walnuts. It's a shame that there are no smaller tasting jars.
