One of our favourite ways to enjoy nut butters, especially when super creamy and smooth as this one, is to sprinkle a couple of spoons of it on our porridge or muesli bowl, or our homemade ice cream. Nut butter without palm oil!
Many conventional nut butters contain palm oil as a cheap ingredient to make them more spreadable. However, as you have certainly noticed, palm oil has come under increasing criticism in recent years. Many millions of hectares of rainforest have already been cleared for the cultivation of the oil palm, from which palm oil is extracted. For this reason, we do not use palm oil in our hazelnut cream. Instead, we focus on naturalness and are convinced that you will be able to taste the high-quality hazelnuts in our cream and their gentle processing. The hazelnut butter is a source of fibre with 7 grams of fibre per 100 grams. We also avoid adding refined sugar*. As if that wasn't enough, you also save money by buying our delicious nut cream in a special size and avoid unnecessary packaging waste at the same time. No more small 170g jars! At KoRo, we analyse the greenhouse gas emissions that are produced during the production of our snacks. These include, among other things, CO2, methane and nitrous oxide.
