Vegan nougat

Nougat in vegan, that works? And how it works! Here we show you how to conjure up melt-in-the-mouth nougat pralines with just a few ingredients.

125 Hazelnut butter
1 tbsp. Cocoa powder
2 tbsp. Agave syrup (or alternative sweetener)
0 as necessary Sugar-free chocolate chips for coating
  • Step 1/3

    Sieve the cocoa powder and mix with the hazelnut butter and agave syrup until everything is well combined.

  • Step 2/3

    Melt the cocoa butter and mix into the hazelnut cream. Pour the mixture into praline molds and chill for a few hours.

  • Step 3/3

    Optionally, melt some chocolate chips and cover the chocolates with them.
