It’s in everyone’s mind: sprouted seeds - but what are they exactly?
To make seeds sprout, they are soaked in the water. During this procedure the seeds absorb the water and become soft. This actually isn’t a recent phenomenon since seeds, grains and nuts have always been soaked in water. To produce our pasta the spelt is dried right after germination process, all according to raw food diets rules.
For the processed wholemeal flour, the whole grains are grinned in order to conserve all its rich constituents.
Our organic sprouted whole wheat pasta can be prepared in 3-4 minutes of boiling in hot water only. Their fusilli shape will hold the perfect amount of sauce on every bite. They are also perfect for pasta salads, in casseroles or topped with our vegan green or red pesto.
