Previous tin with opening tab was better
7 out of 10 cans were badly dented: replacement/refund? No answer, customer service outrageous
-> We find this outrageous, because the goods were paid for, and the fact that the tins were so badly dented AND that 7 out of 10 tins were dented - we expect a customer-friendly and health-preserving solution. The flour was also broken, but we didn't make an extra complaint because this often happens with flour. Evaluation of the remaining 3 tins: good that there are no additives in them, important for immunocompromised risk patients. At least that was the case with this delivery
