I was extremely interested when I saw the canned pumpkin as it is not easy to find in France.
The pumpkin cans delivery came quickly, earlier than expected, which was very nice.
Unfortunately, every can is dented. Some have several dents. They were packed in a brown box with no additional protection, no bubble wrap, extra round paper, etc.
This obviously left the box in the cans vulnerable as I'm sure it gets toughed around with many other boxes before and during delivery.
I was actually brought up that you don't eat anything out of a dented can because of contamination from the cans materials.
I would certainly prefer a box with cans that have been protected that I can utilize through the year.
I would certainly hope you would offer me a refund or deliver the additional six cans in good condition.
