Pumpkin Banana Bread

Give your classic banana bread the ultimate kick with a pinch of pumpkin!

60 g Protein powder vanilla (vegan)
300 g Pumpkin puree
100 g Wholemeal flour
80 g fine flour
3 UNIT large ripe bananas
1 Prise Ginger powder
1 Tsp. Vanilla powder
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Prise Clove powder
1 sachet Baking powder
5 tbsp. Date syrup or agave syrup
0 as necessary Walnuts
0 as necessary Chocolate drops
  • Step 1/5

    Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

  • Step 2/5

    Blend bananas in a blender.

  • Step 3/5

    Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour into a baking dish.

  • Step 4/5

    Decorate with a banana and chocolate drops or walnuts as desired.

  • Step 5/5

    Bake at 160 degrees convection for about 50 minutes.
