What are the organic 4-grain flakes made of?

Our mixture of cereal flakes consists of 25% each of barley, oats, spelt and rye. The breakfast cereals come from controlled organic farming in Europe.

What is the shelf life of organic 4-grain flakes and what is the best way to store them?

When stored in a cool and dry place, the cereal flakes can be kept for at least 12 months after production. By the way, our Ball Mason Jars with airtight closure are great for keeping the flakes fresh for a long time - and they look pretty, too.
