The biggest difference from oat flakes as we know them comes from a special step in the process. This is what they undergo before the oat grains are rolled into flakes. Before this happens, the oat flakes are germinated in a gentle process under strictly controlled humidity and temperature conditions, and dried at a maximum of 42°C, which preserves the raw food quality. The result is germinated oatmeal with a unique taste.

Do not "acidify" but stay alkaline in balance with germinated oatmeal from Koro!

I am an acid-base consultant and fasting companion. I always lead alkaline fasting groups in spring and fall. For an alkaline breakfast, I recommend sprouted oatmeal to my clients. Germinated oatmeal is very difficult to get in Austria. Therefore I recommend Koro!

I know that much better!

I find the oatmeal very dry and hard. From other manufacturers I also know that you could see the approach from the jeim, which is not the case here. In addition, many unrolled hard oat grains are in between.

This is not oatmeal!!!!

I usually order my sprouted oat flakes from S. Wacker (in the photo above)..... here I was guided by the price. Unfortunately. Because you can really see the difference. Below from KoRo. When I prepare porridge in the evening for the next day, it just turns into a mush.....has nothing to do with porridge. I will now use the rest for baking. I definitely wouldn't buy it again. I also complained to customer service about the oats, but unfortunately they are not what you would expect. Simply no response to email from the customer ..... too bad.
