Pro Sonnenblumenfeld kommt also eine beachtliche Menge an Kernen zusammen.

The germinated sunflower seeds are stronger in smell

The sprouted sunflower seeds are stronger in smell and taste than the conventional sunflower seeds. I think they are delicious and I am happy about the paper packaging.

Damaged well before the expiration date!

I bought these sprouted sunflower seeds not long ago and have been storing my packet in my cellar. Recently I went to pick it up and on opening the packet, it was about to get moth-eaten, even though the expiry date is 2025!

For the small appetite in between

For the little snack in between, I no longer reach for a piece of chocolate, but get myself a "fingerful" of sprouted sunflower seeds. So tasty, so crunchy, so healthy in organic quality!

Makes the bread even tastier

I use them to bake bread - I add approx. 40g (dry weight) of sunflower seeds and 50ml more water to 600g of flour in the bread maker the evening before - the machine then starts automatically at around 1am so that we have fresh bread in time to get up, so the seeds are soaked for approx. 6 hours. Tastes even finer and tastier than with the normal seeds and as the quantity added is relatively small, 25 loaves of bread are enough, i.e. 56 cents per kg of bread instead of 20 cents for sunflower seeds. In my opinion, the additional gain in taste and hopefully also nutrients, which the body can absorb better through germination, is worth it.

Sprouted with some crunch factor and more nutrients

Germinated is in - and rightly so. I first got to know the germinated sunflower seeds at Koro, tried them and now order them again and again. Land with me in the muesli and provide some crunch factor.

Merci Koro :-)

Irresistible. I also bought the dehydrated sprouted buckwheat which is great: you must diversify and offer us other dehydrated sprouted seeds:

Sunflower
Red clover
Red cabbage etc.
