You are looking at a fruit spread and not raspberry marmalade. This is because only spreads made from citrus fruits may now be called marmalades. Jams, on the other hand, must have a sugar content of at least 55%. However, since we prefer the mild and pleasant sweetness of raspberries and cane sugar instead of sugar overload, our jar contains 39% less sugar than is usual for jams. We are therefore proud of the name fruit spread: fruity, pleasantly sweet and wonderfully spreadable - just the way we like our raspberries!

The fruit spread can be stored in its original unopened packaging at room temperature for at least 18 months. Once you have opened it, however, you should store the product in the refrigerator and use it up promptly - but as delicious as the spread is, this will not be a problem!
