Vanilla Raspberry Porridge

A fruity-sweet porridge variant.

2 Tsp. Psyllium husks
300 ml Oat drink
50 g Oatmeal
30 g Protein powder
1 Prise Vanilla powder
0.5 Tsp. Feeding power
1 Tsp. Lemon juice
100 g Frozen raspberries
1 Tsp. agave syrup
  • Step 1/3

    Cook rolled oats, psyllium husks, vanilla powder, protein powder and the oat drink in a saucepan until the desired consistency and then pour into a bowl.

  • Step 2/3

    Put raspberries, lemon juice, cornstarch and agave syrup in a pot, mix well and heat slowly. After boiling, spread over the porridge.

  • Step 3/3

    Decorate with almonds, chocolate or nut puree as desired.
