Warum hat das Rote-Bete-Pulver einen so hohen Zuckergehalt?

Unser Rote-Bete-Pulver enthält von Natur aus Zucker – zugesetzt wird nichts! Durch das Trocknen verliert die frische Rote Bete Wasser, wodurch sich die Nährwerte pro 100 g konzentrieren. So kommt der hohe natürliche Zuckergehalt in unserem Pulver zustande: Während frische Rote Bete etwa 7-10 g Zucker pro 100 g hat, liegt der Gehalt nach dem Trocknen bei 53 g pro 100 g. Für Deine Smoothies, Bowls oder Säfte brauchst Du nur eine kleine Menge – der Zuckergehalt pro Portion bleibt also überschaubar.
