Generell und insbesondere vor dem ersten Lebensjahr solltest Du nur nach Rücksprache mit Deinem Kinderarzt oder Deiner Kinderärztin Mandelmus auf den Speiseplan Deines kleinen Schatzes setzen. Auch wenn Mandeln streng genommen keine Nüsse sind, gelten sie trotzdem als Allergene. Auch vertragen nicht alle Kinder den relativ hohen Kaloriengehalt. Mehr als 10 g solltest Du daher als Beikostbeigabe nicht verwenden – und das auch bitte nur nach ärztlichem Okay.
In normalen Mengen sollte der Genuss von Mandelmus unproblematisch sein. Bitte wende Dich aber immer an den Arzt bzw. die Ärztin Deines Vertrauens, wenn Du Fragen hast oder Dir unsicher bist.
Wie lange ein Produkt bei uns haltbar ist, siehst Du immer anhand des Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatums. Dieses ist auf der Verpackung abgedruckt. Nach der Herstellung ist unser Mandelmus Zimt-Vanille im original verschlossenen Glas bei richtiger Lagerung (kühl und trocken) mindestens 9 Monate haltbar. Es kann passieren, dass sich etwas Öl auf dem Mandelmus absetzt – das ist ganz normal, rühre Dein Mus einfach ordentlich um, bis wieder eine cremige Konsistenz entsteht.
Du fragst Dich, wie Du Dein leckeres Mandelmus aufbewahren solltest? Vor dem Öffnen lagerst Du es am besten an einem kühlen und trockenen Ort. Nachdem Du bereits von dem Mus genascht hast, solltest Du es im Kühlschrank (und weit entfernt vor hungrigen Mitbewohner:innen) aufbewahren.
Du willst Dich gesund ernähren? Dann achte am besten auf eine ausgewogene Ernährung. Balance is the key! Unser Mandelmus Zimt-Vanille hat auf 100 g 607 kcal und 24 g Eiweiß. Damit ist es eine Proteinquelle.

Du kannst selbstverständlich auch auf unser weißes Mandelmus oder braunes Mandelmus zurückgreifen. Im Tray hält Dein Vorrat sogar noch länger.
Anders als viele herkömmliche Mandel- oder Nussmuse kommt unser Zimt-Vanille-Mandelmus ohne die Zugabe von Palmöl aus. Unser Mandelmus hat das nicht nötig und ist auch ohne Zugabe von Farb- und Konservierungsstoffen streichzart.
