Recipe ideas with almond butter: versatile and delicious

Almond butter with a cinnamon-vanilla upgrade is a creamy and sweet spread that will enrich your breakfast. Just put some on a fresh slice of bread for wonderful results. It is also a great addition to your curry for lunch or dinner. This wonderful spread is even suitable for baking: Bake crispy cookies, moist muffins, brownies or seasonal cakes. If you follow a vegan diet, you can use almond butter as an egg substitute in baking by adding three teaspoons of the spread instead of an egg. We also love the cinnamon-vanilla almond butter as a topping for oatmeal or as a cupcake frosting. We love dipping fruit in this pure almond delight or simply spooning it straight from the large 500 g jar. This almond butter is simply a must-have!

Brown or white almond butter?

You can already find two versions of almond butter in the shop: white almond butter and brown almond butter. Do you know the difference? For the dark version, unpeeled almonds are roasted and processed into a full-bodied cream with a strong, nutty almond flavour. The same thing happens with the light version, but using peeled, blanched almond kernels. The light, white almond butter has a slightly sweeter taste than the brown one. This new version with cinnamon, vanilla and a hint of sugar is sweeter and aromatic.
