Our mission was to find the best olives for the olive paste. Logically, then, we went to the olive country par excellence: In Greece we found green, flavorful olives that are perfect for our paste and are still processed to this on site!

What is the best way to use the olive paste?

Our black olive paste can be used in many ways, whether as a spread, as a noble component on your Pasta dish or as a topping for your Oven vegetables. Due to its intense flavor and mildly acidic note, our olive spread gives every dish that certain something!

Is the green olive paste vegan?

Yes, it's all vegan baby! We deliberately avoid animal ingredients in our olive paste. Thus, the olive spread at the next picnic for both Mischköstler:innen and for Veganer:innen to the absolute highlight!

What is the shelf life of the green olive paste?

Looking for a spread that's always ready for unannounced visits? Then our olive paste is ideal: The original sealed jar can be stored for at least 18 months after filling if stored correctly. So you can buy a few jars right away and have a backup on hand.

Can I also make an olive tapenade from the olive paste?

Clear! With anchovies and capers, our olive paste becomes a particularly spicy olive tapenade in no time - heavenly!

What's in the olive paste recipe from KoRo?

Only particularly tasty ingredients such as the finest green olives, high quality olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, garlic and some selected spices come us in the olive spread.
