Unlike most crisps, which are thinly sliced and fried in oil, ours are slightly thicker and gently dried – never fried – for a satisfying crunch. This makes them perfect not only as a snack, but also as a creative side or crunchy topping for your dishes. They’re especially good with organic hummus, guacamole, or sour cream. Sprinkle them over healthy grain bowls, colourful salads, or creamy soups for extra crunch. And on a savoury platter with artisan cheese, Mediterranean olives and grapes, they shine too. How we make them

There are plenty of ways to make crisps at home – baking in the oven, crisping in the microwave, using a dehydrator or air fryer, or frying in oil. We do things a little differently: our organic sweet potatoes are dried using a gentle microwave-vacuum process that creates ideal crunch without any added oil. And sweet potatoes aren’t the only ones you can turn into crisps – it also works with crispy beetroot slices, organic coconut crisps, natural banana crisps, dried apple crisps, protein-rich lentil crisps and more. What do the chips go best with?

How should I store the chips?

The best before date (MHD) tells you how long your sweet potato chips will keep in their original packaging. You can find it on the packaging. Protect your snack from direct sunlight, store it in a cool place and consume it quickly after opening.
