How should I store the oats and how long do they keep?

It is best to store the oat flakes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. They will keep for 15 months in their unopened original packaging.

Are oats healthy?

Ultimately, a balanced diet with sufficient physical activity is what is healthy. Our oat flakes score highly as a source of protein (13g /100g) and for their high fibre content (9.7g /100g).

Where are these oats produced?

Our oat flakes come from Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Poland. They are made from seed oats, with the inedible parts carefully removed. The flakes are then cut into groats to produce our delicate small-leaf oat flakes.
