If you’re wondering what to do with our empty nut butter jars, we’ve got a pretty delicious idea. These Mango Tiramisu Overnight Oats with fruity mango puree, creamy coconut yogurt and blended oats are vegan, gluten-free and ready in just ten minutes. Grab a jar, layer it up and start spooning.

150 g oats
1 Pinch salt
1 Pinch vanilla powder
1.5 tbsp. maple syrup
200 g plant drink
5 tbsp. coconut yogurt, thick
200 g mango puree
1 handful organic coconut flakes, roasted
2 UNIT mango pieces, dried
  • Step 1/3

    in a food processor blend oats, salt, vanilla, 1 tbsp maple syrup and oat milk together into a smooth paste. optionally add more or less milk to achieve preferred consistency.

  • Step 2/3

    combine coconut yoghurt, vanilla and optional maple syrup and assemble your oats in a clean jar by layering oat base, coconut yoghurt mix and mango puree repeatedly, ending with a layer of mango puree.

  • Step 3/3

    optionally place jar into the fridge overnight or serve right away, decorating the top with some roasted coconut flakes and dried mango pieces and enjoy.
