in a food processor blend oats, salt, vanilla, 1 tbsp maple syrup and oat milk together into a smooth paste. optionally add more or less milk to achieve preferred consistency.

combine coconut yoghurt, vanilla and optional maple syrup and assemble your oats in a clean jar by layering oat base, coconut yoghurt mix and mango puree repeatedly, ending with a layer of mango puree.

optionally place jar into the fridge overnight or serve right away, decorating the top with some roasted coconut flakes and dried mango pieces and enjoy.
