This tonic syrup should be protected from light and stored at room temperature. Under optimal storage conditions and kept in its original, unopened packaging, the syrup will last for at least 18 months!

We would recommend that you sparkle the water first and then add the tonic syrup to it.

How much syrup you use depends on your personal taste. We recommend a mixing ratio of 1:7 so one part tonic syrup and seven parts water. Depending on your preferences, you can also use more or less syrup.
