"Extra creamy consistency" is absolutely misleading
I then sent more pictures (example attached) to the customer service department, stating that they were pieces of nuts, that the product tasted good and was fine, but that it did not match the description or the product pictures. I was then refunded the purchase price (very fair) and assured that the description would be adjusted. Unfortunately, this has not yet happened... It is a great pity that customer feedback is treated in this way. KoRo should bear in mind that customers also take the time to give feedback. I deliberately contacted Koro customer service and did not write a public review directly. But obviously the feedback is not taken seriously in this way. What a pity.
(Here is the feedback in original sound: Hello Annika, our quality management has consulted with the supplier and also our sourcing team. As the puree was too runny when it was ground too finely, we decided to use a different consistency, as this brings out the nutty taste better.
We will therefore definitely adjust the description on the homepage accordingly.
The product has now been refunded (best regards from Berlin)

Wow, super creamy, aromatic nut butter, delicious!
Very tasty and a little sweet
The macadamia is a highlight, only the glasses leave something to be desired.
The only problem seems to be the lids of the jars. Unfortunately, I received two jars that had leaked and were not properly sealed, which of course "spoiled" the whole package. In the last package 3 pieces. Now I'm looking to Koro with great hope and eagerly awaiting a replacement.
