Kaiserschmarrn with protein powder

The classic Kaiserschmarrn with a modern twist. For even more protein in the morning.

30 g Whole spelt flour
30 g Vanilla protein powder
1 Prise Vanilla powder
1 Tsp. Coconut oil
2 UNIT Eggs
100 ml Milk
1 UNIT Sweetener of choice (apple pulp, almond paste, etc.)
0 to taste Mandelmus
0 to taste Nuts
0 to taste Apfelmark
  • Step 1/7

    Separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff.

  • Step 2/7

    Mix the egg yolk with the flour, protein powder, milk and a little sweetener if needed.

  • Step 3/7

    Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.

  • Step 4/7

    Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and add all the batter. Fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

  • Step 5/7

    Cut the dough into quarters and turn. Then fry for another 3 minutes.

  • Step 6/7

    Then divide the dough into small pieces.

  • Step 7/7

    Serve with toppings of your choice. For example, apple pulp, almond paste and nuts.
