Separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff.
Mix the egg yolk with the flour, protein powder, milk and a little sweetener if needed.
Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and add all the batter. Fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Cut the dough into quarters and turn. Then fry for another 3 minutes.
Then divide the dough into small pieces.
Serve with toppings of your choice. For example, apple pulp, almond paste and nuts.
