Have you had your fill of brownies or are you generally not a fan of chocolate? Then try these vanilla blondies!

100 g Cooked white beans
50 ml Plant drink
1 Teelöffel Baking powder
10 STÜCK Ajwa dates
0.5 TL Vanilla extract
50 g Oatmeal
3 Teelöffel Mandelmus
3 Teelöffel Mandelmus
1 Handvoll Schokochips
  • Step 1/2

    Put 100 g of cooked white beans, 10 Ajwa dates, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 50 g of rolled oats, 50 ml of vegetable drink, vanilla extract and 3 teaspoons of almond paste in a food processor and blend until a smooth paste is formed. Fold in the chocolate chips and place in a heatproof dish.

    Bake the blondies in the oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes. Then let cool well and cut into rectangles.
