Yes, unser Vollkorn-Reismehl besteht zu 100 % aus Reis, der aus biologischer Landwirtschaft stammt.
Ungeöffnet und originalverpackt ist unser Vollkorn-Reismehl mindestens 12 Monate nach Abfülldatum haltbar. Aufbewahren solltest Du das Mehl an einem kühlen, trockenen und lichtgeschützten Ort.
Unser Vollkorn-Reismehl besteht aus 100 % Reiskörnern und somit ausschließlich aus einer Zutat, die von Natur aus kein Gluten enthält. Dennoch kann es je nach Anbaugebiet bei der Ernte oder Verarbeitung zu unwissentlichen Kontaminationen mit glutenhaltigem Getreide kommen. Wir deklarieren unser KoRo Vollkorn-Reismehl daher nicht als frei von Gluten. Das KoRo Bio Vollkorn Reismehl ist eine fettarme Alternative zu Vollkornmehlen und ein besonders feiner Ersatz für herkömmliche Weizenmehle. Es wird zu 100 % aus ungeschliffenem braunen Reis hergestellt. Einsetzen kannst Du das Reismehl so, wie Du es auch von Weizen- oder Vollkornmehl gewohnt bist, also beispielsweise für Kuchen, Pfannkuchen und Brot oder sogar zum Andicken von Soßen.
