Yes! Our dried pears come from organic farming.

How can I make dried pears myself?

Actually, you can save yourself the time-consuming procedure, since we have already done it for you. But if you ever want to dry your DYI pears yourself, we have instructions for you here: First, wash the pears thoroughly, peel them or leave the skin on if you like. Then cut the fruit in half or quarters and remove the stem as well as the core. Place the pieces next to each other on a rack and let them dry at 55 degrees for about 18 to 22 hours. When you can no longer see or feel any liquid on the thickest part, the dried pears are ready. Now you just have to let them cool down and pack them airtight (or eat them directly).
