The cream is actually amazing. The combination of dates and vanilla. Just incredible. Unfortunately, the last one I ordered tastes completely different. It tastes way too much like hazelnut. And the smell is all hazelnut, too. You can buy the hazelnut cream separately, after all. That’s a real shame. Could there have been a label mix-up here?! I love the date cream and hope to get the right flavor with my next order.

Very smooth since the last purchase

I love Koro's organic date and hazelnut spread, but the last time I bought it, a layer of liquid formed on top of the three jars, making the whole spread too runny. That's a shame, because I like the spread's thick consistency. I hope they fix this. Other than that, I'm a big fan of Koro.

I love this spread! Unfortunately, though, I’ve noticed with my last few orders that something must have gone wrong, as the oil has separated. After contacting customer service, I received two new jars as soon as possible, but the same thing had happened to those two jars as well, so I had to throw them away. Could it be due to the current batch? I really hope the problem is resolved as soon as possible. Customer service is excellent, though—thank you for the quick response, even though the product didn’t meet quality standards again.

The cream tastes good and my kids like it too. However, I’m wondering if the recipe has changed, because we bought this cream about a year ago, and back then the consistency was creamy and it spread easily. Now the oil separates heavily and the rest is a thick, clumpy mass. Unfortunately, it’s hard to mix back together. I’m wondering if this is the new standard or just a bad batch?
