Using peppermint

Wie ist die Zubereitung des Pfefferminztees?

Unsere getrocknete und geschnittene Pfefferminze hat im Vergleich zu frischer Minze eine Ziehzeit von 5 Minuten – da wird die Ziehzeit durch Trocknung um die Hälfte kürzer. Für eine Tasse Tee benötigst Du 1 bis 2 Teelöffel getrockneter Minze und übergießt diese mit ca. 200 ml kochendem Wasser. Du kannst die Minze auch in ein Tee-Ei geben oder aber nach der Ziehzeit über einem Teesieb abgießen. Als add-on zu frischem Pfefferminz-Tee eignen sich übrigens besonders Ingwer, Zitrone oder Honig. Aber auch Milch oder Milchalternativen, wie unser Bio Haferdrink, werden gerne hinzugegeben. Und auch in abgekühltem Zustand ist unser Pfefferminztee immer noch ein Genuss!

Wie schmeckt Pfefferminztee aus getrockneten Blättern?

Getrocknete Pfefferminzblätter sind kräftig im Geschmack: Ihr Aroma steht dem der frischen Minze in nichts nach und wird durch den schonenden Trocknungsprozess haltbar gemacht – für einen langanhaltenden Genuss.
