To maximize the shelf life of our Ashwagandha powder, you should store it in a cool, dry place at ambient temperature. The minimum shelf life in the original sealed package is 24 months from the date of production.

We recommend you to take 3 g (1/2 teaspoon) of the powder with plenty of water daily. The daily consumption recommendation should not be exceeded. Ashwagandha powder can also be taken in combination with a plant-based drink. You can use Ashwagandha wonderfully in smoothies, purely infused with water as a tea, stirred into muesli or your yogurt or as a warm, golden moon milk in the evening before going to sleep.
