Original from Thailand
The recipe of curry pastes varies from land to land and even from region to region. Anyone who has ever visited an Asian supermarket knows the overwhelming selection of different curry pastes. Curry pastes, like ours, originally come from Thailand. The green curry paste is considered somewhat hotter than the red curry paste, which is considered the "original" among curry pastes. You don't need more than the paste to give your dishes an intense and fiery-fresh taste. Preparing delicious curry creations is super easy: simply heat the spice paste in oil, deglaze with coconut milk and add the vegetables. Add a little aromatic basmati rice - and that's it!
More than just spicy
In addition to the hot and intensely spicy taste, the ingredients of our spicy seasoning paste are also impressive. Many curry pastes use shrimp paste. We do not use shrimp paste and instead use soy paste to provide you with a purely plant-based product. It becomes super delicious by adding garlic, green chillies, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, salt and pepper to this base of soy paste. Incredible but true - with a whopping 9.9 g of fibre per 100 g, our curry paste is high in fibre. With our green curry paste, we guarantee a spicy-hot taste experience with convincing ingredients.
Our special green curry paste
Natural ingredients, vegan, rich in fibre - and with a fiery, delicious taste. Our green curry paste combines everything you could wish for! Without any flavourings, colourings or preservatives, the spice paste has a long shelf life and is easy to store. Once you've tried it, you'll thank us for the green curry paste a practical bulk pack.
