We’d like to explain that this product is made with 83% bananas and coconut oil for cooking, with no added sugar, syrups, or honey. Most traditional banana chips on the market are literally caramelized or dipped in sugary solutions to make them artificially very sweet. Instead, we’ve chosen to offer you a crunchy snack that preserves only the fruit’s natural, delicate sweetness—which is why they may seem unusual or less intense on the palate if you’re used to the very sweet classic versions. Yuck
I regret my purchase.
These aren’t dried bananas—they’re fried bananas—and, honestly, they’re not good: they’re stale or old, dry, and cardboard-like; they have NO flavor, or even a not-so-pleasant oily taste...
I asked around for other opinions without trying to influence anyone... they were unanimous: yuck!
Off to the compost bin!!!

If the fruit is still a bit greener when processed, the taste will be noticeably more tart and less sweet than what you’re used to with conventional banana chips coated in honey or sugar syrup.
