Freeze-drying is a particularly gentle preservation process. The food is deep-frozen directly after harvesting and then placed in a vacuum container. A strong negative pressure is created in this until the water escapes from the food as water vapor within several hours. Freeze-dried products are therefore the concentrated form of the food. Due to this process, their ingredients remain almost unchanged and their color, aroma and taste are particularly intense.

They are the cracker, but in the negative sense! Monster chocolate balls with mini raspberry core 🙈 Had ordered raspberries in chocolate and came is felt 1/4 bars of chocolate with almost not schmeck baren raspberry core:( could have ordered equal chocolate bars photo is a tablespoon !

I should have read the reviews beforehand; unfortunately, I have to agree 100% with the other 1-star reviews. Huge chocolate balls with barely any raspberry in them. Some of the slightly smaller balls contain only a few raspberry seeds, not whole fruit.

It's a great idea, but unfortunately the chocolate coating is very thick. For me personally, that's too much, and it ends up being a really big snack, which makes it a bit impractical to eat.
