Freeze-drying is a particularly gentle preservation process. The food is deep-frozen directly after harvesting and then placed in a vacuum container. A strong negative pressure is created in this until the water escapes from the food as water vapor within several hours. Freeze-dried products are therefore the concentrated form of the food. Due to this process, their ingredients remain almost unchanged and their color, aroma and taste are particularly intense.

They are the cracker, but in the negative sense! Monster chocolate balls with mini raspberry core 🙈 Had ordered raspberries in chocolate and came is felt 1/4 bars of chocolate with almost not schmeck baren raspberry core:( could have ordered equal chocolate bars photo is a tablespoon !

The raspberry content of this product is far too low. The balls consist almost entirely of chocolate. Every 3rd ball contains no raspberry at all. I personally don't like it.

Too much chocolate on the outside

In principle, I have to say that I love the chocolate dipped fruits, aaaaaaaaand apparently there are no more skinny dipped fruits. Unfortunately, the fruit:chocolate ratio here is not good. It's far too chocolaty and the delicious raspberries are unfortunately lost in taste. But it will be perfect for anyone who loves chocolate.
