Of course, in theory you can make hazelnut butter yourself: roast the nuts, grind them and add a little oil and sugar. It sounds simple, but it can be quite time-consuming to achieve a creamy consistency and well-rounded flavour. With our light organic hazelnut spread, you can save yourself the effort: creamy, slightly sweet and ready to enjoy right away.
No! Our hazelnut cream is wonderfully creamy and spreadable even without palm oil.
Our light organic hazelnut cream is wonderfully creamy, melt-in-the-mouth and delicately nutty. It also has a pleasant sweetness that rounds everything off perfectly. 
It is best to store the cream at room temperature. If oil has separated, simply stir it back in. The cream has a shelf life of 18 months in its unopened original packaging.

Of course! All ingredients in the hazelnut cream come from certified organic cultivation.
In short: what we call our hazelnut butter consists of 100% hazelnuts – with no added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugar) or other additives. The butter therefore has a pure and intensely nutty flavour. This hazelnut cream, on the other hand, is refined with additional ingredients. This makes it wonderfully creamy and ideal for spreading or spooning – the taste is therefore sweeter and milder than the pure version.

Unfortunately, the spread doesn't taste creamy, but rather very "floury" or "gritty." The new texture also changes the taste, unfortunately. I repurchase a lot of things, but I won't be buying this hazelnut spread again.
