What temperatures can be set?

With our dehydrator you can set temperatures from 35 °C to 70 °C.

What kind of food can I dry in the dehydrator?

The dehydrator is suitable for drying all types of fruit and vegetables: from A like apples or apricots, through pears, cherries, pumpkin, peaches, plums, celery, tomatoes, oranges all the way to to Z like zucchini. Even mushrooms, certain flowers such as elderflower, lavender and camomile or herbs such as basil, oregano, sage and thyme can be dried in the dehydrator. All you have to do is cut the food into slices, cubes or quarters and place them on the drying rack. Then just switch on the dehydrator and set the desired temperature - you will find detailed instructions and information on temperature and time in the operating instructions.

How big is the dehydrator?

Our dehydrator is 25 cm long, 30 cm wide and 28 cm high. This makes it compact enough to fit on any worktop.
